Get help with the PAAIPE app, membership, events, learning and account privacy.

Contact us

Email paulgemarespinas@gmail.com. Include the screen or feature, a description of the problem and your app version. Never send your password. For harmful content, include the post or comment details, or use Report in the app.

Sign-in help

Use the same email or Apple/Google sign-in method you used to create your account. Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for a password reset. Newly created accounts start as Guests; contact us if you need help with membership confirmation.

Delete your account

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Your data → Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm your password or linked sign-in. This permanently removes your account and associated personal activity. If you cannot sign in, email us from your account address to request help; we may verify ownership.

Privacy and community safety

Read our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use and community rules. Report a post or comment using its menu. Block a member from the feed menu and manage blocked members in Settings.
